I finished the 7th book in my favorite series on Saturday and happened to go on line to see what the author, Diana Gabaldon, was working on next. SURPRISE, she is on book tour and heading to Seattle. I called some of my Outlander pals and headed to Seattle to hear Gabaldon speak and read an excerpt from the book, snap a photo or two and watched her hastily write her name in my new favorite book. I'm still smiling from the entire fabulous experience! Thanks Molly, Alecia and Shona for coming with me and enjoying every moment as much as I did.

ok...i read the first book in the series. not sure what i think of it...i couldn't put it down, but it had some pretty spicy scenes. too funny...my, oh my!
