It's Beginning to Feel Like Christmas

The family and I have been doing some fun "Christmasy" activities to get us more into the Holiday spirit. Thursday night we went to Auburn Academy's Journey to Bethlehem program. A great walking tour through "Bethlehem" in search of Baby Jesus. The Academy Church built a permanent city structure for the yearly event and it is amazing. The highlight for Wylie was seeing the camels. He was in awe of them!

Last night we headed to Lake Washington for Clam Lights with my Mom's Group. The park is covered with Christmas lights including five statues of running clams (see picture above because I don't know how to describe that). The night is complete with the parade of boats covered in lights that pass the park.
