We Voted

I took the kids with me to the voting poll this afternoon. Wylie slept through the event, thankfully, but Todd was tuned in for the adventure. I chose a paper ballot so that he could really see everything well and talked to him about what I was voting for. I was amused when I voted for the Governor and Todd said, "don't vote for Dino Rossi, he takes kid's health care away from them". Is he the only one still listening to campaign ads at this point? I really love voting and appreciate that I am able to. I hope my kids understand the importance of making their voice heard in that way and will look forward to their right to vote.
